About Trebax
The company Trebax AB has extensive experience in high-frequency radio, telecommunications and data communications. The company has been around since 1994 and has over the years been subsidiary of two listed companies, the Swedish Viking Telecom AB and the Latvian SAF Tehnika A/S.
2008: A management buyout is done and the company changes its name to Trebax AB. The company is owned by management, staff and two external financiers.
2004: The Company is sold to SAF Tehnika AS through an asset deal and changes its name to SAF Tehnika Sweden AB.
1999: The Company is sold to Viking Telecom AB and changes its name to Viking Microwave AB.
1994: The Company Infotech Systems AB is founded.
